Advocacy Day at the State Capitol

Formerly referred to as Teacher Education Day, Advocacy Day represents a collaboration among a few organizations that share some of our association's interests. Working together, we believe we can have a greater impact.

Information and registration link are in the graphic below.  It is important to register, including registering any students you are bringing to the event, so that we can have enough lunches and other materials prepared.

This year we are encouraging another way to participate-- make an appointment in your representative or state senator's home office on April 10 or 11.  This may be easier for our members who live/work at a farther distance from Harrisburg, and the local visit might even make a bigger impact, especially if you take some students along.  If you do plan to participate at the local office of your state rep or state senator, please register separately at this link. This will help us keep track of which reps/senators are "touched" through our efforts.
